Booking & Payments

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund. Missed appointments are considered completed sessions unless otherwise agreed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, attending scheduled sessions on time, and maintaining respectful communication throughout the engagement. Delays or missed sessions may reduce the available consultation time.
